Lantern District Re-development
Located on the south end of the Lantern District in one of the most visible retail locations in Dana Point with access and frontage on Del Prado & PCH. For decades the property was operated as a boat sales yard. Sailhouse worked closely with their design team, city staff & local residents in the successful redevelopment of the site. The projects’ timeless Spanish architecture will house a new flag ship retail location for Beverage’s & More. The Lantern District Retail building is currently under construction and will be completed in late 2016.
