Restoring a Mid century
Sailhouse acquired an original mid century modern house built in 1954. Our goal was to maintain all of the architectural lines of the original house and deliver a state of the art modern beach living experience. Large clear anodized custom windows and doors, sustainable French oak flooring and an innovative kitchen design are just a part of the design features that make this Lido Isle home truly unique. Cathy Morehead & Associates led the exterior and interior design team.
